For readers of Nelson DeMille and Lee Child — and anyone who grew up on Die Hard.
Eddie Ankin is the man Hollywood calls when the star can’t take the hit. Ex-Marine. Career stunt double. Heights, fights, and tights.
Then the internet’s favorite new star is murdered — on a livestream — hours after her night with Eddie.
By sunrise there’s a SWAT team at his door in Venice Beach and his face on every feed in America. The town doesn’t want the truth. It wants a villain.
The only cop who believes him is a rookie detective with everything to prove — and the trail they follow runs darker than any movie Eddie has ever doubled on.
Falling is his profession. This time there’s no pad, no cut, no second take.
“Couldn’t put it down! … Totally addictive from start to finish.”
